6 months gluten free and the transformation is astonishing! Down 35 lbs, multiple sizes (from an 18 to a 12). The weight is just falling off. My skin is shrinking with me (which I’m very happy about).
I am continuing to eat gluten free, I’m cutting back on sugar - avoiding high fructose corn syrup at all costs. I’m buying a juicer for my birthday (next week) so I can juice at home.
I’m not there yet, but getting there. I feel great and look so much better- I look like myself again! Wish I had always avoided gluten!
Congrats. You look great. I am also doing gluten free/paleo. Not to much success with weight loss. Any advice?
Have patience. Stay away from gluten free substitutes. For example- when we have spaghetti, instead of noodles, I have over roasted bell peppers. Check for hidden gluten (like soy sauce-who knew). I eat eggs pretty much every morning, I like cold pressed veg juice, and eat Greek yogurt for a sweet. Really- eat the substitutes sparingly, save them for when you’re really wanting them, they’re a treat not a staple. Focus on how you feel, the weight will come off, just enjoy feeling good!
